Every firm runs on its own dedicated server and its own subdomain. No shared databases, no neighbours — your data never sits beside anyone else's.
Append-only client uploads
Clients can upload to their own folder, but they can't overwrite, rename, move, or delete what's already there. Every document you receive stays exactly as sent.
One folder per client
You manage your clients and their folders — Confinity stays out of it. Share a folder to a client and it's upload-only by default, with zero extra configuration.
Canadian data residency
Your workspace and its backups live in Canada (AWS Montréal region), so client records stay within Canadian jurisdiction.
Automatic daily backups
The whole workspace is snapshotted every day, with a rolling history retained — so a mistake or a bad day is always recoverable.

You get your own server at yourfirm.confinity.cloud, pre-configured with secure sharing defaults, automatic TLS, and daily backups.
You add your clients
Create a login and a folder for each client, and share it to them. It becomes upload-only automatically — no permissions to fiddle with.
Clients upload securely
Clients sign in, drop their documents into their folder, and you receive them instantly — preserved, organised, and tamper-resistant.
